RE-PURPOSING as many original elements of the building into the design was the challenge and goal of this restaurant project. the owners wanted it to feel rustic yet relevant in today's ever evolving restaurant environment. wood beams were UTILIZED in the entrance bar, wood studs were left exposed in the dining room and an uncovered stone transition to the dining room remains as a subtle nod to the buildings 160 year history.
